Data Sources & Mapping
Map exports from VMS, ERP, procurement and ticketing into one canonical contractor + vendor model.
Contralytix unifies contractor, vendor, approval and spend data into one operational intelligence layer — without replacing the systems you already use.

Contractors live in a VMS. Vendors live in procurement. Approvals live in email and ticketing. Spend lives in the ERP. Leaders end up reconciling spreadsheets to answer basic questions about their external workforce.
VMS, ERP, procurement, HRIS and ticketing each hold a slice of the truth — and disagree on the rest.
Requests sit in inboxes and ticket queues. Nobody can see the real bottleneck until quarter close.
Finance assembles a backward-looking number. Operations cannot act on it in time.
Who can approve, who renewed, who is over-tenure — it depends on which person you ask.
Contralytix is designed to ingest exports from your VMS, ERP, procurement and ticketing systems and turn them into one operational intelligence layer — readable by an executive, drillable by an analyst.
Contralytix is not a contractor management system. It does not replace SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Deel, Remote, Worksome, your ERP, VMS or HRIS. It sits above them.
A first look at the Contralytix prototype. Designed to read from your existing exports and surface what your teams need without forcing a migration.
Map exports from VMS, ERP, procurement and ticketing into one canonical contractor + vendor model.
A single readable view of external workforce spend, headcount, approvals and vendor concentration.
Track concentration, renewals and category spend across the vendors fueling your external workforce.
See where requests stall — by stage, owner and entity — before they become quarter-end surprises.
A continuous, readable stream of policy, tenure, concentration and renewal signals across your estate.
One operating view of contractors, vendors and approvals — across regions, entities and program owners.
Concentration, renewal and category visibility across the vendors powering your external workforce.
Spend trends and variance against plan — readable without rebuilding the quarterly close spreadsheet.
Program-level visibility into staffing, approvals and governance signals across portfolios.
In 2–3 weeks, Contralytix turns your existing contractor, vendor and spend data into an executive-ready workforce intelligence dashboard.
No. Contralytix is an intelligence layer that sits above the systems you already use — including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Deel, Remote, Worksome, your ERP, VMS and HRIS. It is not a contractor management system and is not a migration.
Exported data is enough to start. The pilot is designed to work with CSV/XLSX exports from your existing systems first. Direct integrations can be evaluated later if the pilot validates value.
Two to three weeks from data export to an executive-ready dashboard, depending on data quality and stakeholder availability.
Leaders in Operations, Procurement, Finance and the PMO who are accountable for external workforce visibility and spend — typically in organizations with 500+ contractors.
Contralytix is a prototype designed to apply analytical models to unified workforce data. We do not claim validated AI capabilities at this stage — the pilot is intended to validate that.
For pilots, data is handled under a written agreement and used only to evaluate pilot participation and produce the pilot dashboard. A full legal and security policy will be published before any paid acquisition or general availability.
Pilot cohort is limited. Designed for companies ready to see their contractor, vendor and spend data in one place.
